praise and worship

some times(well most of the time) i find it hard to express my true feelings, even when i am alone! this is quite worrying! because im never alone, the times when i think im alone are the times that im alone with god, knowing that he is always there is special..i supose you dont even have to ask for his presence, because he never leaves.
anyhoo i was reading lucas on life about worship which led me on to the bible(funnily enough!)
and i discovered some passages which would have Berts spirtual foot doing a marathon!!! read and enjoy the words!!1

Deuteronomy 26 vs 10
'And behold, now I bring the first of the fruit of the ground, which thou, O LORD, hast given me.' And you shall set it down before the LORD your God, and worship before the LORD your God; '

Psalms 95

just listenin to a bit of P.O.D(payable on death) one of the most rockin' christian bands in the world..again these are my quiet times but im singin and praising and worshiping!!!
tonight is the G.I.F.T in our POD...im gonna count how many times Bert bounces his foot in that whimsicle spiritual manner!!!
